What We Do
As a General Support Volunteer, you will assist with a variety of tasks that are essential to the daily operations of the sanctuary. Duties may include assisting with cleaning projects, organizing supplies, helping in the gift shop, performing administrative tasks, building and processing enrichment items, providing support during special events, and performing other non-animal-related tasks as needed. This role is ideal for individuals who are flexible and enjoy contributing wherever help is most needed. General Support Volunteers play a vital part in keeping the sanctuary running smoothly and allowing staff to focus on specialized care for the apes.
