What We Do
Maintenance and Grounds Volunteers at the Center for Great Apes play a crucial role in ensuring the sanctuary remains safe, functional, and visually appealing. Duties may include landscaping, trimming, raking, trail maintenance, painting, minor repairs, and general upkeep of buildings and outdoor areas.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, are comfortable using basic tools, and who enjoy supporting the sanctuary’s operations through hands-on tasks.
